Hi! The friend above this box is Ek, it's pronounced like eekay. Click some buttons and do things, sometimes Ek will be there. Wow!

You find a big hole. There's a sign by it, but you can't read what it says.

Wow, a house. Looks pretty small. Do you want to go inside?

The door isn't locked, so you just walk in. Like breaking and entering but you're just entering.

Oh hey, a hat. Like the house, it's really small. You wonder who it belongs to.

As you pick up the hat, a mysterious figure appears in the doorway. Who could it be? To be honest you don't even know where you are right now so it could be anyone.
The figure steps into the light and...

...it's Ek! So it was his hat that you found. You guess that means this is his house too. You give him back his hat. He looks very happy to have it back on his head.
It seems Ek was on his way back from doing something probably when he lost his hat. While he was looking for his hat, he dropped some of his stuff. Do you want to help him find whatever all that stuff is?

Ek is happy to hear you'll help. He warns that there might be weird things outside, like ghosts or something. You're in the woods and it's almost dark, so anything spooky could happen.

Ek hands(?) you one of those weird oil lamp things. He doesn't own any flashlights, but he does have a lot of oil. He says the stuff should be somewhere around the crossroads. You think that means you should follow the path.
Well, off you go!

Ek looks a little disappointed, but he understands you might have other things to do. He gives you a little box and sends you on your way.
